To craft a myVALE Wombat, Timber or Insole we need a new footprint even if we already have a stored footprint from a former y- or x- sandal order.

The shipping of the footprint box, for the transmission of the footprints, usually takes place within 1-2 working days (within Germany). The delivery time starts from the arrival of the footprints in our manufactory.
