If your myvale shoes have been damaged, please get in touch. Send us some pictures that clearly show the condition of the shoes. Of course, you're also welcome to visit our store in Homberg/Efze.
After we've assessed the damage, we'll provide you with a cost estimate. You can then decide whether or not you'd like to have your myvale shoes repaired.

Repair of the toe strap for Y-sandals
Replacement of the straps
If necessary, we can also replace the entire strap of your myvale Y-and Duckbill sandals. For aesthetic reasons, both straps will be replaced with a new one.
Price for green label and H2O models: €79.90 per pair
Price for black label models: on request
We offer discounted package prices when combined with other repairs.
Replacing the outsoles
Should the tread on your outsoles become worn, we can remove them and replace them with new ones. This will restore optimal grip to your myvale shoes. You can choose the color of the new outsoles upon request. Outsoles can be replaced on all myvale models.

Repair of the strap for Y-sandals
If the strap is still in good condition and only the toe strap needs to be repaired, we detach it and replace it with a new one.
For aesthetic reasons, the replacement is usually done on both sides.

If necessary, we can also replace the entire strap of your myvale Y, X, and Duckbill sandals. For aesthetic reasons, both straps will be replaced with a new one.
