We put great value on the quality of our work and the materials we use.
With the experience gained in the craft of shoemaking by four generations of master craftsmen and the application of state-of-the-art technologies, we analyse every foot and create unique sandals with the biomechanically optimized, individual structure of the wearer’s foot.
This is why we have designed all myVALE models sustainably: it is possible to repair them in case some part is worn out.
We love our work and, somehow, also each pair of myVALE which leaves our manufacture. It annoys us when things are produced in such a way that they cannot be repaired.
- Send us a few photos showing the condition of your shoes. Of course you are also welcome to come round to our shop in Homberg/Efze.
- After we have gained a picture, we will make an estimate of the costs.
- Then you decide whether or not you wish your myVALE to be repaired.
Prices for the most common repairs:
Repair of the thongs of Y sandals
- Unfortunately not possible at the moment due to a shortage of skilled workers -
If the strap is still in good condition and only the thong needs to be repaired, we separate the thong from the strap and replace it with a new thong. Usually we replace the thongs on both sides for optical effect.
Replacement of straps
If necessary, we can also replace the whole strap of your myVALE Y sandal, X sandal, or Duckbill. Again, we will also replace both the straps with new ones for optical effect.

Price for Basic models: 69.90 EUR per pair

Replacement of outsoles
In case the profiles of the outsoles are worn down, we can remove them and replace them with new ones. This means that your myVALE will have optimal grip again. You are free to choose the colour of the new outsoles as you like.
Generally, the outsoles of all myVALE models can be replaced.
