Send us your “old” myVALEs for VALEspection!!

We have designed this measure to extend the longevity of your VALE sandals so that you can enjoy our product even longer. What is more, with this initiative we buck the trend in the industry to manufacture products in such a way that repair is made impossible from the start.

This is how it works ...

Send us an e-mail with the subject “VALEspection” and a few informative pictures with a top, side, and bottom view of your “old” myVALE sandals to
service@my-vale.com

When we receive your enquiry for a VALEspection, we check the condition of your sandals on the basis of the pictures sent by you. A VALEspection includes an inspection of the components (footbed, midsole and outsole) and glueing them back if necessary, retightening of the laces (if you wish) and retrimming / remachining of your shoes.

After we have viewed your pictures, we will give you the go-ahead for sending us your sandals or bring them to our workshop. If, on viewing the pictures or inspecting your sandals, we discover that your VALE sandals have suffered more badly than expected, we will get back to you with a cost estimate. Then you decide whether we should, or shouldn’t, carry out the repairs.
