We are proud of our products and believe in the quality of every single pair of myVALE sandals. For this reason we issue a one-year warranty on the workmanship, fit and materials of every VALE we produce. After all, only a perfectly fitting VALE is a good VALE.
In concrete terms this means the following: If the strap, seams, outsole or cover come off within the first year, we will repair your VALES free of charge.
Our products are produced meticulously by hand using high-quality materials and are therefore highly stable. But even a robust, high-quality sandal has its limits. So please treat your VALES with care at all times. If you do, you will be able to enjoy them well beyond the warranty period.
Our sandals are not indestructible and we decide in each individual case whether a warranty repair is justified!
Making a warranty claim:
how does it work?
First of all, tell us what your warranty claim is. You can do so by e-mail, phone, letter or by going to one of our stores in person. We require this information to process your claim and it accelerates the procedure. Important: Please do not send us any packages without talking to us first. We do not accept any packages sent to us postage unpaid. myVALE then inspects the product and checks whether or not the warranty claim is justified. If it is, the following happens: myVALE repairs the faulty product or replaces it with an identical one. myVALE bears the cost of the repair, including spare parts and labour. Replaced parts become the property of myVALE. If the product is no longer in the myVALE program, we offer an appropriate replacement.
The warranty period starts when you receive your VALES. The warranty does not apply to faults caused by improper use or violent impact, nor to associated or consequential damage. The warranty applies - except where otherwise stipulated - only to the appropriate use of the product in question.
