The following shipping routes are covered:

1. Shipping the footprint box to the customer

2. The customer returns the footprint box to myVALE

(A sufficiently stamped return label is included for returning the footprint box)

3. Shipping the finished myVALE sandals to the customer

EUR 6.90 for repeat orders when using footprints already in the system (shipping of the finished myVALE sandals). To do this, select “Footprint has already been provided and can be used again” within the ordering process.

EUR 2.95 for shipping socks and care products

EUR 0,00 (free shipping) for shipping learning shoes & vouchers

If several different products are shipped with different shipping costs, the shipping costs of the product with the highest shipping costs will be charged once.

Deliveries abroad:

Deliveries to other EU countries (except Sweden and Finland)

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 21-28 days, for deliveries abroad within 21-35 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
