Guaranteed myvale
We are proud of our products and convinced of the quality of every single myvale sandal. That is why we give a 1-year warranty on workmanship, fit, and material for every VALE that leaves our production. Because only an optimally fitting myvale is a good VALE.
In detail, this means: If straps, seams, outsoles, or the footbed cover come loose within the 1st year, your myvale will be repaired by us free of charge.
Our products are made from high-quality materials with painstaking manual labor and therefore possess above-average stability. However, even a robust, high-quality sandal has its limits. Therefore, please handle your myvale with care and treat them accordingly. Then you will enjoy them long after the warranty period has expired.
Our sandals are not "indestructible," and within the meaning of the warranty, we decide on a case-by-case basis whether a repair is justified under our warranty terms.
Warranty Claim: How does the process work?
First, please inform us that you have a complaint regarding your myvale under the terms of the warranty. This can be done via email, telephone, letter, or in person at one of our stores. This information is necessary for further steps and accelerates a smooth process.
Important: Please do not send us any packages without prior consultation. Packages sent without prepaid shipping (unfrei) will not be accepted. We will then assess the product and check whether a warranty claim exists.
If there is a warranty claim, the following happens: We repair the defective product or replace it with an identical product. We cover the costs for repairs, spare parts, and labor. Replaced parts become the property of myVALE. If we no longer carry the product, we will offer you an appropriate replacement product.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty period begins upon receipt of your myvale. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use or force, nor to incidental or consequential damages. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty only applies to the appropriate use of the product in question.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
