The following shipping stages are covered:
1. Shipping of the footprint box to the customer
2. Return shipping of the footprint box from the customer to myvale
(a sufficiently stamped return label is included for the return of the footprint box)
3. Shipping of the finished myvale sandals to the customer
6.90 EUR for re-orders when using footprints already available in the system (shipping of the finished myvale sandals). To do this, select "Footprint is available and can be used" within the ordering process.
2.95 EUR for shipping of care products
and value vouchers
When shipping several different products with different shipping costs, the shipping costs of the product with the highest shipping rate will be charged once.
International Deliveries:

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (domestic) takes place within 21-28 days, for international deliveries within 21-35 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless we have made alternative agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
