The path to a unique piece
myvale is a custom-made and complex product. At its heart is your unique, orthopedically shaped footbed. For this reason, the production of myvale sandals takes 21-28 days after we receive your Footprint Box. You can find out why this is and what factors influence the timeframe here.
1. Order the myvale model online
First, you can take your time to choose and order your favorite model online.
2. The myvale Footprint Box arrives by post
After you order your model, the myvale Footprint Box will be sent to you by mail. You can then leave your footprints in the myvale Footprint Box. Detailed instructions are included in the box. You can also find them under "Your Footprint"!
3. Your footprint will be scanned and orthopedically modeled.
With us, your footprint from the Footprint Box is digitized using a 3D scanner and precisely optimized to the needs of your feet by our myvale orthopedics experts.
Once you've left your footprints in the Footprint Box, simply pack everything up and send it back to us. Just drop it off at any post office. There are no additional shipping costs.
4. Your footbed is created
Your footbed is then milled from your chosen materials using a computer-aided milling machine. Next, all myvale components are assembled by hand in over 25 production steps. Once your personal pair is finished and quality-checked, we will send it to you by mail.
