Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Shipping terms

Products can be delivered all over the world. They are shipped by our shipping partner, DHL.

Shipping costs (including value added tax at the statutory rate)

Deliveries to addresses in Germany:

• EUR 9.00  
  for the shipping of myVALE sandals, insoles and giftbox-vouchers. This price covers the following:
  1. The footprint box being sent to the customer.
  2. The customer returning the footprint box to myVALE.
  (A franked label covering the return costs of the myVALE footprint box is supplied when it is sent to the customer.)
  3. The finished myVALE sandals being sent to the customer.

  for the shipping of learn to walk shoes & vouchers

  for the shipping of socks.

Deliveries to other EU countries & Switzerland:

• EUR 15.00 
  for the shipping of myVALE sandals, insoles and giftbox-vouchers to other EU countries and Switzerland. This price covers the following:
  1. The footprint box being sent to the customer.
  2. The finished myVALE sandals being sent to the customer.
  The customer pays the cost of returning the footprint box to myVALE. Shipping of myVALE sandals, insoles and coupons to England also includes a franked label covering the return cost of the myVALE footprint box to myVALE.

 Deliveries to non-EU countries:

• EUR 30.00 
  for the shipping of myVALE sandals, insoles and giftbox-vouchers to any non-EU country (except Switzerland). 
  This price covers the following:
  1. The footprint box being sent to the customer.
  2. The finished myVALE sandals being sent to the customer.
  The customer pays the cost of returning the footprint box to myVALE.

  for the shipping of socks, learn to walk shoes & vouchers to any non-EU country (except Switzerland).

Delivery times

For sandals and insoles being made with a footprint box being sent to the customer beforehand, the footprint box is delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days of the order confirmation and receipt of the payment if the delivery address is in Germany. If the delivery address is not in Germany, this period increases to 5-7 working days. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the finished sandals and/or insoles will be delivered within 21-28 working days after receiving the footprint box back from the customer if the delivery address is in Germany, and within 21-35 working days if the delivery address is not in Germany.   

For sandals and insoles being made without a footprint box being sent to the customer beforehand (repeat orders), the sandals and/or insoles will be delivered within 21-28 working days of the order confirmation and receipt of the payment if the delivery address is in Germany, and within 21-35 working days if the delivery address is not in Germany, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Other products (including coupons) will be delivered within 3-5 working days of the order confirmation and receipt of the payment if the delivery address is in Germany, and within 5-7 working days if the delivery address is not in Germany, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or bank holidays.

Payment terms

You may pay using any of the following methods:
-  Advance payment by bank transfer
-  SEPA Direct Debit
-  Credit card
-  PayPal

Other payment details

If you would like to make an advance payment by bank transfer, the invoice amount must be paid within 30 days. 

If you would like to pay by SEPA Direct Debit, you need to authorise us to withdraw the invoice amount from the account given to us by issuing an appropriate SEPA mandate. You are obliged to send us a written and signed version of the mandate within five days of the contract being concluded. You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the date of the direct debit withdrawal. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the invoice amount on the announced date.
